2022-2024 Strategic Plan

The Liquid Therapy strategic plan 2022-2024 was completed with the support of an external consultant during 2021. As part of this process we conducted a market analysis and consultation with key stakeholders. This included the families who benefit from our programmes, our Board of Directors and other key stakeholders, as well as examining key national policy documents and academic research.

Child Protection Policy

Keeping our participants safe is our top priority. Our Child Protection Policy governs how we protect young people and vulnerable adults from harm. It establishes the measures we put in place in order to achieve this, such as; Garda Vetting, our recruitment processes, how we use social media, how we deal with bullying, etc. It also outlines the process for dealing with any child protection concerns or disclosures.

GDPR Policy

Liquid Therapy is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of staff, volunteers, participants and contractors. Our Data Protection Policy sets out the privacy rights of those we engage with and sets out how we collect, use, process and disclose personal data relating to their interactions with us. Liquid Therapy adheres to the National Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) principles that must be followed when processing personal data.

Volunteer Policy

Volunteers are the heart of Liquid Therapy and the journey that has got us to where we are today. Our Volunteer Policy outlines both how we work with volunteers and how we recruit, manage and support volunteers. It also outlines measures we put in place to ensure fairness, good practice and satisfactory experiences for both our participants and our volunteers.
